Design & Drawing Office
Our in-house design team uses advanced 3D CAD software to transform your initial concepts into detailed technical drawings ready for production.

Punching
Precision punching is the starting point and backbone of the sheet metal manufacturing process.
We use CNC press brakes to guarantee precise, efficient and repeatable production of folded components for onward processing, regardless of material thickness or profile complexity.
This high-speed process, using a selection of specialised tooling heads, reduces the need for secondary operations, and allows us to keep the cost per part down while maintaining a high level of consistency across the whole batch.
Bending & Folding
The accuracy of the folding process is what determines the final quality and precision of a product.
We use CNC press brakes to achieve clean, sharp corners and precise returns, ensuring that doors and removable panels fit flush and seal correctly every time, regardless of the material thickness or profile complexity.
Our tooling allows us to handle everything from simple brackets to complex, multi-bend enclosures with high repeatability.
Fastener Insertion
One of our latest acquistions is a new fastener insertion machine, used to add high-strength threaded studs, nuts and standoffs directly into many of the components we manufacture.
This process is integral to sheet metal manufacturing, ensuring perfectly positioned, permanent mounting points for internal backplates, PCBs and earthing terminals without the need for loose hardware.
This precision ensures that all internal components align perfectly during your final installation, reducing your assembly time and ensuring a professional, secure fit.
Welding
Our fabrication team excels in the structural assembly of frames and components. We provide high-quality MIG and TIG welding to ensure that every case is robust and structurally sound.

Fabrication

Powder Coating
To ensure a durable and professional finish, we offer a dedicated powder coating service with an extensive range of RAL colours and textures available.
Including an essential iron-phosphate metal pre-treatment process, which provides a robust, corrosion-resistant layer that is ideal for protecting components in harsh environments while enhancing their aesthetic appeal.
Keeping this process in-house not only enables us to have more control over the quality of finish, but also to deliver the project on time since we are not relying on a 3rd-Party for this critical step.
Finishing & Assembly
Our service extends beyond production and fabrication to include full product assembly and secondary finishing, delivering ready-to-use components directly to your facility.
We handle all aspects of the final stage, including the insertion of internal components and external catches & locks, and will package each individual unit separately if required.
